'O' Ring – Quad Ring, X- Ring

We manufacture 'O' Rings with expertly tuned techniques to ensure no parting lines are visible. Our 'O' rings will give you a complete 'O' cross section ensuring effective sealing. We also use the flash-less moulding process for critical sealing needs.

 

DIAPHRAGMS – With and without Reinforcement (PTFE, Fabric)

Our diaphragms are used in industries like gas and valves etc. We manufacture rubber diaphragms for applications like Pressure, Pumps, Actuators, LPG Valves, CNG Valves, Gas etc. We have various approvals and supply parts in millions per year for gas regulators. We maintain dimensional tolerance of Precision Actuator Diaphragm to 0.02mm (+/- 0.001 inches).

GASKETS – PHE, Heat Exchanger, Mould Gasket
We manufacture PHE gaskets for OEM's. We have many gaskets in stock for various models and also undertake contracts for replacement of Old Heat Exchanger gaskets which can result in huge saving of replacement of the entire PHE. We also have Viton Gaskets for moulds, butterfly, pipe fittings and other applications. These gaskets are used in media like, Steam, Ammonia, Sulphuric Acid etc.

 

RUBBER SHEETS - Sheets in Silicone, Viton, Nitrile
We manufacture and supply superior quality Rubber sheets in Silicone, Viton, Nitrile. They are available in various colours like Red, Black, Transparent, etc. The thickness ranges from 3mm to 40mm and the standard size is 1 meter X 2 meter. Our sheets are used for flooring, insulation, Matting, gasket cutting etc.

 

 

SILICONE TUBING - Medical Silicone Tube (FDA)

Our silicone tubing's are manufactured in a clean room environment and suitable for medical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage applications.

SEALS – Oil Seals, Butterfly Seals, Wiper Seals
Seals are always critical to the function of the assembly and the manufacturer's products. They are used for fluid control and made out of synthetic rubber or polyurethane to ensure resistance of high pressure, temperature and volatile media.
We provide various oil seals like MIDL, MISL, MODL, Very high quality PU seals for demanding hydraulic applications.

RUBBER CORD
Rubber Cords are generally used in sealing of large vessels and valves, our 'O' ring cord materials have less than 10% compression set and provide very good physical properties. These cords are generally made from Viton (FKM) or Nitrile (NBR) rubber. All size starting from 1mm to 24mm are available with us.

We also make customized rubber profiles through extrusion as per our customers requirements.

INFLATABLE SEAL – FBD Gasket
Our inflatable Seals are manufactured from high grade FDA approved raw material. They comply with class 21 CFR 177.2600. All our inflatable seals are given a cycle test before dispatch to check for any leakages. We also manufacture inflatable seals in Platinum cured silicone rubber.
