Main Frame
• Double Wall construction with inside & outside stainless steel 304. Inner wall is insulated with 50mm thick Rock Wool insulation.
• Provided with 2 nos. ducts for Air Inlet and Air Exhaust.
• Proper air distribution pattern inside the cabinet shall be provided. The cabinet temperature of hot air shall be ± 3º of set temperature.
• Provision to insert two numbers RTD probes from side shall be provided.

Door : Double walled door fixed on heavy duty hinges with snap fitting & locking arrangement. 
Door shall be fitted with tubular type molded neoprene gasket for air tight closure. It shall 
have Rock Wool Insulation and Stainless Steel cladding buffed all over.

Heater : 2 nos. Electric Heaters shall be provided for heating.

Hot Air Inlet Filter :
Inlet Air supply shall be provided with 20/5 micron Filters, enclosed in Stainless Steel 304 Frame.

Duct : Stainless Steel 304 quality duct to & from the main cabinet shall be provided in a 
modular construction to allow the quick and easy removal of sub-assemblies for 
cleaning and maintenance. Manually operated damper shall be provided with 
graduation & locking system.

Gasket : Silicon / Neoprene.

OPERATING PANEL:
• Non Flame Proof ON/OFF Push Button stations with indication Lamps.
• Digital Temperature Indicator.
• Differential Pressure Gauge.
• Ampere Meter.
• Digital Timer.

MAIN PANEL :
• Contactor
• MCB, Overload relays.

S.S. TROLLEY :
Made out of tubular square section of 40 X 40mm to hold the trays. Backside of the trolley shall be with cross Stainless Steel strips to hold the trays in position, PU coated Castor / Nylon / S.S. attachment shall be provided.

Welding : Argon arc process.

Finish : All edges shall be ground to a radius. No pits, pin holes edges shall be seen on 
welded points. All inner surfaces shall have mirror polish & external surfaces shall 
have dull/ mat finish.
